Called before their on-time arrival. Which is always nice. Surveyed the job then got right to work. Before leaving, they again surveyed the house to remove any paper or tape, then asked what else they could do. Worked hard but carefully and safely. Family Movers was a good choice.

Billy and James arrived on time and worked extremely hard the entire time! We did go over on time and had to add an hour but this was due to the number of tupperware totes and not the fault of the moving crew. They were polite and respectful. Billy did a great job of loading the trailer and saved us four feet of moving space! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for moving services!

ALL furniture was wrapped to prevent damage during the trip.
Individual pieces being wrapped together were first wrapped individually then wrapped as a group. Outstanding!!

Hired this team to move my belongings into a storage unit and they were excellent from start to finish. They arrived on time, handled everything carefully, and worked efficiently. They packed the storage unit thoughtfully and organized everything so it is easy to access and makes sense. Great communication, respectful crew, and very reliable. Highly recommend!

The two men were on time and worked the whole time non stop. They were careful not to damage any furniture and place everything as directed. This is the 2nd time I have used their services near Lakeland and I will be hiring them next month to move my father.

The gentleman that unloaded our Pack Rat container exceeded my expectations. They wereq professional and efficient. They not only unloaded the container, but also placed everything in the house wherever we asked. They also moved and assembled everything whether they unloaded or we moved it with a U-Haul. I highly recommend them.

What types of moves have you handled?
We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.
