The 2 genetlemen who assisted in my move were in communication with me from their morning job, were polite and pleasant when they arrived, and worked the whole time (2hrs) they were at my home. I hired movers to help me load a POD, specifically assisting with items that are too heavy for me to manage on my own. The job was scheduled for 7pm, they arrived a bit after 4pm.
My 3 biggest heartaches are that:
- not all furniture was wrapped, including part of my sectional sofa
- not all furniture was taken apart
- they initiated the payment themselves (under no circumstances should this ever happen)
I've lived on 3 continents and a number of States, with professional movers every time - this is not what I expected. I chose this company because it was rated first in my area. I'm exeptionally nervous about what awaits me when my POD reaches its destination.

Have boxes packed, the furniture cleared off.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The people you meet and the stories they share.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Basic lifting techniques, communication between Movers, proper packing and padding techniques...
