My UPack Trailor!
At least that’s what I thought until I just started to unpack the trailer and I am finding things that have been broken squashed and damaged they packed the heavy stuff on top of the light things everything was marked fragile glass be careful a $2000 table that I wrap so securely managed to get broken in half and they assured me they packed everything completely well that nothing would be damaged well to my surprise most of my items are ruined and broken and they are family heirlooms and antiques do not hire this company as I’ve been trying to reach them the owner won’t even call me back and I try to call them repeatedly and they don’t answer my phone calls
So I will we be reporting them the Better Business Bureau and anybody else I have pictures but unfortunately you can upload them on here but as I keep opening my boxes I keep finding more damage and it makes me so sick
CUSTOMER WASON THE JOB SITE AT ALL TIMES, EVERYTHING WAS PACK WRAP ANS SECURE, WHEN MOVERS LEFT CONTAINER WAS STILL OPEN FOR THEM TO PUT STUFF IN THE CONTAINER AFTER MOVERS LEFT, after we are gone is not our responsibility how they handle the container after us, by other user or the company that handles the container, 4 years on business never had this happened before movers are knowledgeable and have a lot of experience this was not movers responsibility
