We bring Professional Movers, dollies, tools, straps, and furniture pads to every move. We blanket wrap all wooden furniture, disassemble and reassemble bed frames and mirrors from dressers. We can also disconnect and reconnect washer and dryers, aswell as rearrange furniture how ever you please. All of our team members are efficient, careful, and kind. These guys were amazing! Very polite and nice to work with. They brought everything we would need...furniture covers, rope latches to secure things, and even tools to take down furniture. I would have never thought of that! They worked fast but safely. To be honest I was a little nervous with some of the heavier items but these guys were very careful with our things. We loaded a one story two bedroom unit to a three story three bedroom unit in about 3 hours and then did a storage unit in the pouring down rain!! I would recommend them to anyone in need of help during their move.

I will never recommend nor use again. I ask for two helpers and they showed up with four, told me that just two of them would do the work as I requested or they all four could do it in half the time, either way the price would be the same. The work was done in half the time, then they demanded I pay twice the price I had originally agreed upon because four helpers did the work instead of two even though they had told me the price would not change since it was being done in half the time. They all bad mouthed Hire A Helper, nor did they have any paperwork or conformation confirming the job for me to sign. They also stole my cell phone which was a $300 phone, turned it off, then said I was making a false accusation. I was NOT! They stole my phone because I refused to pay double the price. Not to mention that I do not believe the two extra helpers they showed up with were even employees of Hire A Helper. Only two of them had Hire A Helper shirts on. I believe the other two were buddy's of theirs that were trying to make a fast buck by cheating the customers of Hire A Helper. I never got my phone back nor did HIRE A Helper reimburse me for my stolen property. In fact they did nothing about their help stealing property from me. If you don't want to have your property stolen DON'T USE HIRE A HELPER!!!! They apparently condone stealing by their employees.

We needed them to move some boxes and appliances from a POD. Their attitude and demeanor was fine - both gents were nice and courteous. Boxes, no problem. The appliances were a bit more challenging. Their dolly broke and I had to go get mine. When we got to the fridge, they could not move it (it is a big fridge). We made arrangements for them to come with more guys the next day and I agreed to pay extra for that.
A few hours before they were supposed to show, he texted me that he changed his mind and would not come. Now I have to find another group of folks to do the work they should have done. Quite a hassle.

The two young men that helped us unload our pod were great. They moved some heavy peices of furniture into some tight spots, and we're very careful. They wet out of their way to accommodate our needs. Good job guys!

Jerry and Donald were on time, and unloaded the pod in 2 hours. They did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was quite shocked with Donald and his crew, I have used them before and they were outstanding, this third and last time they didn't wrap the furniture like they did before and brand new furniture got destroyed because of his lack of caring, my wife and I were quite disappointed. It's a shame because he is capable of doing an outstanding job, I was going to use them for the company I work for but I can't afford to have movers that stopped caring.
