We are available if you have any questions or concerns 24/7. We always show for our appointments and if there is any delay you will be notified ASAP. From start to finish we're here for you on your move day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We like to call and confirm the day beforehand and call/text our ETA the day of your move. We come prepared with all the tools, furniture blankets, and floor runners to ensure your property and possessions are well taken care of. If an issue should arise we're able to deal with any situation and help in any way we can!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please pack, label, and prepare all items as much as possible. Packing loose items in drawers, closets, and storage is helpful and can save you time and money. If anything hasn't been packed or prepared please let us know on the initial walk through what we can assist with first.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done long distance, local, and full-service moves as well as relocating entire business such as salons and offices. We can disassemble, protect, and reassemble office fixtures and furniture.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We train all of our movers in using tools, floor runners, furniture blankets, ratchet straps, and furniture dollies to complete all jobs in a technical and professional manner. All of our movers are skilled at packing, loading, and protecting furniture and items to be stored in boxes and bins. Most of our movers are trained in leading moves and driving 16ft-26ft trucks and know how to tow trailers and vehicles. We take pride in knowing that our movers are well-trained and prepared!
