Looooved the actual moving team. Deeply disappointed in the Budget Truck Rental shenanigans that charged nearly 90$ on a 300$ unload job for “insurance” that was NEVER disclosed. We have a recording of the conversation for booking and a 20$ fee was disclosed, 89$ fee was included in the detailed invoice sent after the job began.

They arrived on time, worked quickly, and packed the truck in a very organized way that maximized space while making sure everything was secure for the long trip. You could tell they had a lot of experience—every piece of furniture was wrapped properly, fragile items were handled with care, and nothing shifted during the drive.
What stood out most was their attitude. The crew was friendly, respectful, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. Moving can be stressful, especially with a long-distance relocation, but they made the process much smoother for us.
