They were good.
They were nice people, our furniture was heavy and they moved it but we needed more people. It was hard for them.

Chipped the desk, when moved on side.

So after the people you bought the furniture from told you that the furniture was going to need 4 people We still pulled it off with two, and after the fact your husband chipped the furniture himself and told you he did it, you’re still saying we did it. We got your move done and you start off by saying nice people? You knew it was hard and you still left us a 3 star review just to sabotage our rep?You talk like You are an ungrateful bitxch I hope you won’t need moving again. You too wicked.

1) window was 1-2p; showed up at 2:24p
2) upon arrival; I see only 1 guy. I question: aren't there supposed to be 2 helpers. He says yes... the other guy was sleeping in the car.
DUDE YOU GUYS HAVE HAD ME WAITING OVER AN HOUR; get your butts moving!
3) yes, he apologized for being late
4) helper #2 asked for water; BEFORE he even lifts a mattress or breaks a sweat on my job
5) helper #1 took no less than 4 phone calls during my move; and no, he didn't let me call you back... he took the calls and TALKED and TALKED.
Don't plan your day; wait on what you are given; NO RESPECT.

we went over and beyond. You was clearly in a pissy mode like she hasn’t had any TLC in forever. You are a wicked person. Devil! You have no respect and no manners no one had you waiting. You have major issues lady. Ungrateful complaining bxtxh

They did an amazing job. They worked very hard and finished on time. We had a lot of fragile things and they were very gentle with it and loaded it in a way that everything made it to another location without a scratch. I will definitely use them again.

Couple guys unloaded 16ft truck in about 1.5 hours. Were careful and thoughtfull with my posessions. Great work and good dudes.

There were a couple of issues with a delay that were beyond the owners control. However, Alex went above and beyond to make sure he took VERY good care of my move in spite of the initial challenges. I intend to use Alex for all my future moves!
