Hired them 3 weeks in advance for 6-7am on a Saturday morning. Called them the day before to confirm time and they said they would be arriving closer to 7am. Movers arrived at 9:12 day of.
Once the movers actually arrived, they did a great job. Unfortunate that the company needs to work on keeping to their scheduled time. If 6-7am doesn’t work, don’t offer it as an option for consumers.
Sorry we had some logistics that caused a delay. We are so glad to have given you a great move! Thank you for your business!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The customer service experience with JC Moving is one for the books. Once you get on the schedule we make sure that all of the details are taken care of. We know that moving can be an extremely daunting task... so we do the heavy lifting. The office staff is always a phone call away. If you have any concerns, need to move the date or time of your job, feel like you left a detail out... or just want to call and check in... we are available 24/7
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day our customers see a group of professionals arrive who are ready to execute a flawless move!. From the Foreman to the Laborers and even the office staff, there is an immense amount of coordination throughout the entire job.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should talk closely with the office staff to determine what can be done for preparation. Just call us and we will have a good long talk about what best practices are... ultimately, you are hiring us... so we will do the heavy lifting and m out of the work!!
