The movers were on time and very nice to work with. They were a bit careless and broke my dresser by not securing the drawers. However they were rushed by landscapers at the property I moved to wanting to turn on the sprinkler system. A bit of thoughtfulness on the movers part to keep the drawers from falling out on the concrete could gave avoided the situation.
I was not as impressed with using hire. A helper this time as I was in the past.

Their name is not a gimmick! Five Star Movers showed for us when our previous movers couldn't complete the job and there by left us stranded and stressed. However when Five Star Movers arrived on time to the scene and we explained what happened and what we needed, they got right to work. Immediately you we were impressed by their professionalism and assessment of what needed to be done to get us into our new home. Five Star Movers, a team of 3 were able to undone what was done by the previous Movers, reload and unload into our new home in less than 4hrs. Overall, Five Star Movers lived true to their name as they gave us peace of mind in how they carefully moved our items, were respectful and mindful of our space. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Amazing Job. They packed everything carefully and wrapped the furniture. They were also very helpful in saving us time to breakdown/not break down certain items. Very experienced, would hire them again if we were moving in the area.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking expect a text or email to go over final details, As well as a courtesy text 24 Hrs prior to ensure everything is as scheduled.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will show up on time, and will do a walkthrough of the house, then begin prepping furniture and moving accordingly.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure everything is packed prior, shrink wrap items with drawers, clothes work great in trash bags and can be used as buffers.
