I would NEVER use this company again. I selected them based on the number of reviews they had. I should have shopped around a bit, but I was in a crunch for time.
The crew that showed up was "okay". We walked the house and I showed them where everything was. One guy seemed more concerned about my politics than loading the trailer properly. Another wanted to talk about chemtrails.
We rented a 26' Upack trailer. The 'main guy' said "oh yeah we can get it all in there. I've loaded an eight bedroom house in these things." We lived in a 1800 sqft house. This did not happen. They took 6 hours to load the trailer, and then ran out of room forcing me to rent a separate truck and causing me to spend an extra $1200, in addition to having someone come load that truck. I used them again, thinking they would give me a "deal" all they gave me was 10% off and charged their 2 hour minimum. I had things wrapped, and thank goodness I did, because they ran out of wrap.
Their excuse was "we mis-judged how many boxes you had in the garage, thats our fault."
Bookshelves were loaded sideways, a monitor that was professionally packed by another company was loaded on its side, and a chair was loaded legs first by it and the legs went through the cardboard. Waiting to see if it's broken once the packing company unpacks it.
Nearly all of my dressers are scratched or dented. Bookshelves are destroyed. Bed frames have scratches and gouges in them. Other items are broken as well, like cat trees.
I have moved half way across the country before, had someone load my truck, and drove the truck myself and nothing was damaged to this extent that I have to replace things.
The company that unloaded my Upack trailer was shocked at how careless the truck was loaded and even more shocked that not all of our stuff fit.

As a labor-only provider, our role was limited to loading and unloading based on the equipment, materials, and space available at the time. Trailer capacity, packing methods, and inventory volume can sometimes differ from initial estimates, and we understand how disappointing it can be when plans change unexpectedly.

I thought it was 2 1/2 hours but charged for 3 ? Any part?
They did a nice job.l tipped them .Didn't know about the 55 dollars charge for what ....?

Brandon and Mo were awesome! Everything was unloaded from the truck with care and placed in the house with just as much attention. If I could give them six stars I would. They are my top recommendation for movers in Portland!

They showed up on time at the beginning of the time window. They called ahead of time to confirm and answer any questions I had. They asked all the right questions of me and provided any information that I asked for. They didn't slack off. They worked the entire two hours.
Best of all, they got way more of my stuff into the U-Haul trailer than I thought they were going to get in. It was all packed where it would be safe and no space was wasted.
They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them for any moving job and I would use them again in the future.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking expect a text or email to go over final details, As well as a courtesy text 24 Hrs prior to ensure everything is as scheduled.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will show up on time, and will do a walkthrough of the house, then begin prepping furniture and moving accordingly.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure everything is packed prior, shrink wrap items with drawers, clothes work great in trash bags and can be used as buffers.
