They were very careful and thoughtful moving everything, heavy, bulky and all. No scratches anywhere. Polite, asked where things went and helped ove them on the right position. Called ahead to understand the stairs and location better. I would highly recommend them.

I was told a half hour before my scheduled window of 10-11am that they would likely be "a little late". No problem, things happen right? But how could the management be so poor that they then arrived MORE THAN 4 HOURS LATE??? I was strung along hour by hour saying they would be here soon so I couldnt get anything else done during this time because I was waiting for them to arrive. I am a very organized person, but no plan can remain intact with a delay like this. This company completely derailed my moving process. I nearly got charged by Uhaul because I barely got my truck back in time. Clearly the reviews were too good to be true. Nice guys, the movers themselves were fine once they finally got here, but whoever's managing them needs to get their act together because this was totally unacceptable. The guys explained that their previous job before me "went long".... why they continued to help someone when their allotted time was up is beyond me. I suffered greatly because this company can't figure out a simple daily schedule. This has been the worst moving experience I've ever had because of these movers, and this was my 14th move!!! Ill never hire them again, and will tell others pf my experiemce as well. They've left me extremely frustrated and completely behind on my unpacking process. I've never in my life left a bad review for anything, but they pushed me way beyond my limit. Do not hire these people.

Summer is by far the busiest season for moving companies, and while that’s no excuse, the unpredictability of earlier jobs running longer than expected can unfortunately create ripple effects in our schedule. We always do our best to keep clients updated throughout the day, but in this case, our communication and scheduling fell short — and we take full responsibility for that.
Your feedback highlights some important areas we are already working on improving, especially around scheduling accuracy and transparency. We're glad to hear that once the crew arrived, they were courteous and professional, but we recognize that it doesn’t undo the stress caused by the delay.

The Five Star team arrived on time and worked non-stop for 4 hours emptying two large containers and assembling multiple pieces of furniture. They were very efficient and very respectful of my property and me. They were also delightful to work with. I miscalculated on the size of POD I would have needed for this move. I didn’t think I had that much stuff! Jonathan and Dante did their very best to pack everything they could. We were able figure out what was a priority and what could be left behind together. They were efficient and speedy. I highly recommend them.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking expect a text or email to go over final details, As well as a courtesy text 24 Hrs prior to ensure everything is as scheduled.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will show up on time, and will do a walkthrough of the house, then begin prepping furniture and moving accordingly.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure everything is packed prior, shrink wrap items with drawers, clothes work great in trash bags and can be used as buffers.
