These guys were so helpful! They were able to find an excellent spot to unload all of my belongings, and did so in only a few trips up the elevator! They were also flexible and understanding with me when I arrived a bit later than I expected to. I would definitely recommend them!

I probably would not recommend this hiring company to a friend. They rescheduled my service several times, pushing it back from 9-10, to 11-11:30, and then eventually 11:45pm-12:00. Even after pushing back my service to 11:45-12:00pm they were still late. Punctuality is important to me when hiring any service.

When they arrived only one of the movers was working hard. The other mover moved one light item at a time. To compensate I ended up carrying multiple boxes at a time. I was really hoping that paying for movers meant they were going to move my items, but I was worried that if I did not assist we would not finish on time. Ultimately this mover dropped a relatively light box I had written FRAGILE on (in all caps). He dropped a box containing a personalized decanter and glasses. I cannot replace them. I later found out he had a bad back which I am sympathetic to, but that does not excuse dropping my fragile boxes with irreplaceable items. This same mover also disappeared for several minutes and I found him camping in my bathroom. While I understand the need to use the restroom, to not even have the courtesy to ask is incredibly unprofessional.

Ultimately, the items did get into my apartment, but considering the overwhelming lack of professional behavior including inability to keep a scheduled time, lateness, dropping fragile items, etc. I would have preferred to have gone with different movers. I gave them 2 stars because my items are in my apartment.

Hi there Janea- I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the services you received from us. I'd like to address each of the details that you mentioned in your review that you left because most of it is untrue and baseless. Firstly, yes, our crew did arrive 10 minutes later than the scheduled arrival window of 11:30-12pm. There were some major backups due to some freeway entrances being closed on our way out to you in Hillsboro. We apologize for any inconvenience this might've caused. As for the mover that you are referring to with the bad back, he was absolutely working hard. I personally watched him moving several items(both light and heavy) up your three flights of stairs and even brought a few very large and heavy items up to your apartment, by himself, such as your dining room table top, a large 3-tier ikea shelf, and dozens of very large and heavy totes and boxes. Both movers took a short 3-5 minute bathroom break during your move, which Derek did in fact ask about beforehand. Moving on to the fragile item that you mentioned one of the movers dropped, this box was accidentally dropped because the box's handles were very worn and already tearing, though the box was not dropped in any kind of dramatic fashion and your items didn't receive any damage which you're falsely making it out that they did. Lastly, your point about you having to work to compensate for the job not being completed quickly enough is completely unfair and baseless. We completely unloaded your moving container as well as some very heavy items that were in your personal vehicle all in exactly one hour. We appreciated your help in carrying a dozen or so boxes up to the apartment however it was not at all a factor in making sure your job was completed in the two hours that you booked online.

All in all, we work extremely hard to please every single one of our moving clients as you can overwhelmingly see in our reviews. Our crew worked very hard to completely unload your moving container as well as your personally vehicle, in sweltering heat, up three flights of stairs, in just one hour. We even checked in with your multiple times at the end of the job to see if we could help with any furniture setup or placement. Unfortunately in the service industries, there are those people that are inherently angry and will leave bad reviews no matter what you do. It is definitely disappointing when a client is displeased with the services they received from us, however it is much more disappointing when a client actually lies and falsifies details about those services in a review, to try and harm our business.

In any case, I hope you enjoy your new home. We really tried to please you and I am sorry that you felt the need to harm our business with an untrue review.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Customers can expect a prompt and timely response from us to set up their move when they book our services. We are extremely friendly, easy to work with, and very communicable.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Customers can expect at least two(or more movers if requested) highly experienced, very friendly, and extremely competent movers to help with any and all tasks the customer needs. I'd also like to add that we carry the best equipment to assist on their big moving day(dollies, straps, blankets, rope, tie-downs, the whole nine!).

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Our movers are prepared to help with and take care of any and all moving situations. We've seen it all. If a customer would like to be well prepared for their move, we suggest consolidating as many loose items as possible into boxes, bags, or even other large pieces of furniture. I'd like to note that we are more than happy to help with packing if the customer needs it!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

My favorite part of being a mover is making customers extremely happy and satisfied during their big and stressful moving day. We know how stressful it can be and we are here to help. All of our movers feel the same way. We also enjoy being paid to work out!

What training do you provide your crew members?

When we pick up a new crew member, we always have an extensive in-house 3-day training session with our movers to show proper moving, packing, loading, unloading techniques to make sure that all of our movers are up-to-par and can handle any and all moving situations with ease. I would like to add that all of our current movers are extremely experienced with moving and have handled hundreds of moves.
