WE-HAUL Student movers helped us for 3 hours load and unload our moving truck. They worked extremely efficiently and quickly and we were able to move more furniture than we had initially hope for. They were very curteous, upbeat and nice and we would definately reccomend them to anyone. Thank you for making our move easier!

WE-HAUL student movers were efficient, nice, and packed my POD effectively in the time I requested. Upon arrival to its destination some 700 mi away, some contents had shifted in the POD, though I was assured that they were tied down by WE-HAUL. Overall, however, I was pleased with their service and company as they had good customer service skills: they showed up on time, were responsive to phone calls and inquiries, and gave good tips for how to move cost-effectively and efficiently. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Our two movers showed up early and ready to work. we gave them a quick layout of where things should be placed and they went to work right away. They were quick and efficient, and took care to ensure that nothing was damaged and even made sure that the dogs didn't get out. They finished early, and were able to help us with some furniture assembly, which was a nice surprise as we had planned to do that ourselves. Would definitely recommend/use again in the future if we ever move again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Count on our professional movers to arrive promptly, considering traffic conditions. Once you provide your contact information, they'll reach out to keep you informed about their en-route status and provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
For a smooth experience, customers with labor and truck bookings should arrange parking for the trucks. Additionally, reserving elevators at both the starting and ending locations is helpful. Labeling and stacking boxes neatly near entrances will greatly expedite the moving process.
What types of moves have you handled?
Licensed and insured in Oregon, we specialize in labor and truck services in the metro and Eugene areas. Our expertise extends to labor-only services, offering assistance with loading/unloading rental trucks or our truck. Beyond moving, we help rearrange items under 450 pounds within homes, providing a fresh look for those who may need physical assistance.

What training do you provide your crew members?
Before joining our team, crew members undergo a skills test to assess their suitability. Upon hiring, they undergo training and job shadowing with our experienced foreman and top crew. A quiz determines readiness for independent work. Driver candidates receive extra training, including drivers' training and paperwork with our operations manager, in addition to shadowing the foreman.
