They were suppose to arrive between 1 & 2pm. They arrive at 2:40 and stand around on the phone. They said it was our fault they were late because we were working and didn't answer the phone when they called. All they wanted to do was *****. When I said work or leave, they left. No one should trust these guys if they have a time frame they need to meet.

After I provided the previous review with a 5 starts rate (It was also asked for the highest rate by the mover), the movers did one more hour service. Now I have to provide a low rate for the hour service. The people did not pack correctly for the 7 feet PODs. As the consequence, the door of the 7 feet pods could not be opened for unpacking. I have to asked PODs people to come 2nd time to shake the container for opening the door and paid one more extra $165 for one more time unpacking service due to the packing problem!!!!!. I did not give one star rate since the movers were nice people.

After originally booking them for Saturday, they were able to reschedule me for Sunday due to snow on the ground. When they hadn't arrived at 9:55am (for an arrival time between 9-10am) I texted them to find out their ETA. They had gotten a flat and were going to be 45 mins late, which is frustrating since they hadn't initially told me until I reached out. Once they got there, they worked quickly and were able to fit a lot more in the truck then I originally thought, even making sure to safely pack things in a way that made sure nothing would slide forward into the driver. However, once they said they were finished I found several more things I had asked them to pack (drawers from a table that was already packed, headboard finials etc) that were just left around. Once I got to my new place (another state) several important pieces were missing that I had asked them to pack.
