They were great... would use them again

They did a fine job loading the pod itself but they wasted our time (and cost us money from pods) by being late. They were 1 hour and 30 minutes late. Pods indicated they would be within a window and i wasn't able to get a hold of them. I called to let the movers know the previous day but did say that the time should be unchanged to show up 8-9. This somehow translated into 10:30 to show up. I had said if they were waiting around I would still pay them up until pods arrived and but preferred to be ready to go at 8-9. Pods showed up on time, early actually and we waited for the movers instead. My wife and I moved quite a bit 65-70% of the move we did. The movers then showed up and they proceeded to take their time. My wife went out to show that a woman could move things along and that since they were late we needed to have an arrangement that would work for everyone. It was at this point that the slow load sped up and we finished in a hour. Probably would have been another 2-3 hours (with even more money that pods would have charged us plus the mover's rate) it they kept at their speed. They packed the items good enough but the inflection that it was somehow my fault wasn't appreciated. I had made it very clear to be there at 8. Would not recommend.

Unbelievable! Used every inch of space in mu Uhaul. Never thought they would be able to get everything into one truck and all within 2 hours! Very happy. Stess fee moving. Highly recommend this team!!
