I would definitely recommend Midnight Hour Moving if you are looking for prompt, hard-working and professional movers. I ended up scheduling my move at the last minute (scheduled on Saturday for a Sunday move). They confirmed the time with me and the gentlemen arrived and got right to work. Both Larry and Antonio were focused, hard-working and careful with my belongings. My apartment had a very narrow, strangely-configured doorway and they successfully navigated that space without damage to my large furniture and without hitting or marking my walls. I have used numerous movers and I really thought they were the most efficient that I have worked with. I also like the fact that I got a text message confirming that my payment had been released to Midnight Moving immediately at the conclusion of the move. I would recommend HireAHelper.com and Midnight Hour Moving and will use them if/when I move again.

As much as I would like to give this company a positive review based on what their customer service before and during the move, I am extremely upset to see that how many things that were broken upon arrival in my destination. All the items that were broken were items that they wrapped and handled, none of the items that we packed ourselves. For instance, our mater four post bed was extremely scratched up because they did not utilize the blankets provided to wrap it properly. My sectional sofa was ripped because they put metal items on top of it when they should not have. Two legs on our armoire were broken. The list goes on and on and 100% of the items were their mistakes or disregard. I have yet to complain to them because we just arrived but I am going to and I will pull this review should they decide to make this right. Otherwise, I would not suggest using their service.
Update: I spoke with Marcus from Midnight Mover's and told him about the situation. His first response was that he asked his guys about the move and they said they do it as they always do it and they will not take responsibility for anything after things are in the truck since this was a load and not a pack or move. The fact is that they not only dropped a very expensive desk during the load, they also poorly loaded multiple items which would, of course, not be the responsibility of the moving company. Furthermore, they tried to cover up damage caused by dropping the desk.
Needless to say, I do not recommend working with them. Customer service goes way beyond getting the business but also after you have gotten the business and need to make things right with your clients. Midnight Hour Moving is clearly not a company that takes responsibility for their actions.

I would use this company again. They called to verify all the details of the job the day before, and again called to confirm the address and arrival time on the day of the job. They arrived on time, worked quickly, but were not careless with my furniture. They unloaded a 22 ft penske truck in one hour. I grew up as a military brat and have moved ad nauseum; I can honestly say this is one of the best moving companies I have dealt with.

Although the truck was one hour late, they called right away to let me know and went to work as soon as they got there. The two gentlemen were very polite, very fast and wonderful. The move was a difficult one due to a very large couch, very small doorway, hallway and stairs from second floor being very steep with walls on both sides. They very cleverly and carefully took the bar off the couch that was holding the sections together and carried it down in three pieces. Then when they got to the destination quickly put it back together again even tighter and more steady than before. Bravo gentlemen, you took the stress right out of this move!

Midnight hour moving service was absolutely amazing, they were so careful with my things and packed my moving truck a thousand times better than I ever could of imagined. Not to mention the two gentlemen that came out to help us were exactly that....Gentlemen! They worked very hard....would suggest this company to anyone who wants a stress free move.

These guys were really great..they arrived just alittle late but when arrived the worked like billy-goats and got the job done very quickly...even in the heat. They were prefessional and cost effective. Next time I need help moving I would definately hire them
