Hands down, best moving team I've ever had -- I can’t recommend First Class Movers enough. From start to finish, they lived up to their name. They arrived exactly on time -- down to the minute -- and immediately jumped into action. When my container door was stuck, they didn’t hesitate; they figured out how to get it open and got right to work.
What impressed me most was their speed and efficiency. Unlike other movers I’ve used who drag things out, these guys worked incredibly fast without cutting corners. Even in the rain, they kept moving with no complaints, just a great attitude. They were friendly, professional, and clearly cared about doing the job right.
This was hands down the best moving experience I’ve ever had. I truly wish all movers operated this way. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who wants a stress-free, reliable, and genuinely top-notch moving team.

3 hours and my beds were not even set up my furniture was not unwrapped and I had to return my moving blankets to the pod myself.
One helper complained the entire time and treated me with hostility. Not exactly sure what I paid for
We’d like to clarify a few details regarding your move. Our team was actually on-site for 4 hours, with a significant portion of that time spent assisting with the assembly of a new bed that was not originally included in the move plan. As a courtesy, we only charged for 3 hours of labor — not the full 4 — even though the manufacturer’s guidance indicated that the bed could take up to a few hours to assemble.
We understand moving is a stressful time, and while we aimed to go above and beyond to help, we regret that the experience still felt disappointing on your end. Your feedback has been shared with our team, and we’ll continue working to improve both service and communication.

There are not enough adjectives to describe how impressed we were with “V,” Quinton and Omarian of First Class Movers. They communicated me while en route here, were on time and worked steadily for two hours moving us in our 2nd floor apartment in New Bedford.
