Professional movers and labors - A Local Spokane Moving Company

Customer in this review states that our movers were on time and did a good job, incorrect info was given to hireahelper order which we are not in charge of scheduling not sure how incorrect info was given to hireahelper about load and unload we were told just load but we still completed the unload. We were in contact with customer and had no problem getting to job that was hours away. When a job is scheduled for certain amount of hours there is no refunds on time but the workers do and did get paid for the extra time that was booked which this customer in this review was upset assuming that hireahelper gets more $ which is not the case hireahelper is the most professional, honest, and trustworthy company in the moving market place pml did not pocket any extra money and the guys did get there pay for 6 hours these types of reviews really suck because it is not based off professional movers service they even said we did a great job even tipped but are going to leave pml a bad review which actually ends up on our page and once a review is left there is no way of removing so for a customer to leave a bad review over assuming the guys would not get paid for 2hrs extra hours is not fair to us u basicly never see a company with hundreds of reviews being all 5 star but in our situation we are very close besides reviews like this that had nothing to do with our services or other customers in past have not given hire a helper correct info which can effect scheduling or amount of people needed on a job then at times even after doing a good job and get tipped they leave a review like this that is stuff we have no control over like scheduling and most situations it's not hireahelper fault they are very professional and have the best marketplace for moving in the US and the best customer service that we have done business for it's rare but being in this industry 10 years there is always going to be a customer now and then that no matter how professional you are or how well of a job you do they may already be in a sticky situation or bad mood or in middle of a brake up and they just try to knit pick and take advantage of anything possible or try to get a discount like this review when contract clearly shows when booking your movers for the amount of hours you may need that is non refundable is based off the job size and job information that hireahelper goes over with customers. Another review we have had the customer gave a lot of incorrect job details and based off info she gave hireahelper recommended 2 helpers 4 hours that one took double the time because instead of being a small 2bd 2nd floor apartment it was a 3rd story 1500sqfoot moving into another 3rd story and also gave incorrect address of over an hour drive from each location and she stated she had job done in past in 4 hours but she had 4 guys so she was upset how long job took and that only had 2 people and that more than half way through job we could not get 2 more guys out 2 hours from Spokane last minute she also tipped guys said they did great but still left us a bad review over something not in our hands and that actually was part of incorrect info given from customer because if job was scheduled for 4 helpers 4 helpers would of been there. If you look at all our 5 star reviews you can tell any bad reviews mostly all have nothing to do with our actual services we have had jobs involving split ups or even a father's daughter moving out with a guy he dont like show up to a job in most situations would not do due to hazardous unhealthy situation with cat piss very bad smell and rotten food all over furniture and end up doing the job anyways that the daughter scheduled then somehow her dad was able to leave a bs review that cannot be taken off, after moving a bed set that most people throw away and has rotten food all over it and scratches for a customer to say he had a $600 bed set and now it looks like it came out of trash after they unloaded at another location is a joke they were lucky we finished the job instead of making them pay hundreds to have the place cleaned we are not picky with dirty houses or anything but when there is poop cat piss and rotten food all over the place and on furniture most companies would refuse to do the job or charge extra for hazardous pay this is just another example of some people just trying to take advantage or are down and out so they try to get anything they can for free or try to scam to get new stuff even in these situations we stay very professional and polite every now and then unfortunately in this biz u get literally a crappy job and your all is just never enough for some people just wish there was a better way of editing or removing reviews like this that clearly has nothing to do with our service or performance that is the only 1 thing I could ever say negative on ha which I'm sure just like us they dont have any control over removing reviews just sucks we could be close to #1 nationwide ifnot forthese type rev
