These guys were awesome. They were early for the job! I live on the 3rd floor and these guys worked hard to get everything in the truck. They were very respectful to me and my family and I would definitely use them again. It definitely beats having to move myself!

I wish I had not engaged these fellow for this work. They are scheduled too tight to do their work carefully, have no moving equipment such as sliders and did not use the moving blankets I provided to shield the floors.
The two gentlemen who came to move my furniture into my home with newly refinished hardwood floors arrived later than anticipated and at the end of their work day. They were exhausted before they even started my job and in retrospect, I wish I had stopped the work before it began and suggested a reschedule.
In the process of moving my furniture into my home, they scratched the floors in two places beyond the stain, damaged the bottom of my bed footboard so that there was a nail protruding, proceeded to drag that nail across my floor and put significant gouges into the wood from the damaged leg.
The repair work will be to restain and finish one of the scratched areas but for the other two problems, several boards in the floor will need to be replaced and the entire room refinished to make it as it was before the move damage. The estimate for the repairs is in the thousands.
Now, I am having trouble with the company standing behind the repair of the damage that negligence causes and I am left wondering what to do next.
What was that insurance for anyway?
As pleased as I was with the moving out of the furniture (on time and efficient), I am as displeased with the move in.
I would NOT hire this company again for any of its afflilates.

We hired Triangle's #1 Moving Labor for a job to move our household goods into PODS.
We requested four men and estimated the job would take 8 hours, based on our previous experiences. We have a lot of antique furniture and expensive pieces and we were assured that Josh Spina's crew were up to the task. We purchased two cases of furniture pads to make sure that our things would be packed well.
We had to continually remind them to use the pads and the last thing I saw as he closed the POD was my hand-made Italian table standing on its end, unprotected, with its legs removed. A piece of artwork was also broken with the frame damaged before it even went in the POD, and they refused to take responsibility for it.
Then we got the bill. The crew finished the work in three hours instead of the 8 I estimated, and Josh made the call himself to release the funds, a process that I thought I would be doing. I was caught off guard when he handed me the phone and told me to punch in my pin number for HireAHelper. We ended up being charged the full 8 hrs. when they worked for 3.
There was never a discussion about my estimate, or any worksheet to fill out-nothing to assist me in figuring that out. I made a phone call to HireAHelper and immediately received a call from Josh Spina to confirm the dates. I assumed an estimate was exactly that-an estimate.
When we confronted Josh about this, he hedged about the hours they worked trying to say we were mistaken in our calculations. He agreed to refund some of the money but never did.
Triangle's #1 Moving Labor is dishonest, careless, and unqualified to handle any move that requires careful handling of the goods.

The men who came did a great job. They worked with me on the day of hire to amend the time of arrival after some unexpected delays. They were prepared and worked hard. They were humorous and made everyone laugh. They were very respectful of my property and I would use them again!
