The two men were very nice. Worked very hard. BUT NEVER WORE BELTS OR USED STRAPES TO LOAD OR TAKE OUT OUR HEAVIER FURNITURE..... They did drop our heavy lazy boy couch !

The gentlemen were fantastic! Came in earlier to help get us done quicker.

Both movers were very nice, but some of my items were damaged. I understand it was a difficult move to take items down two flights of stairs but I clearly marked these were the circumstances. It felt like one mover pulled more of his weight and my mom and I had to do more than expected ourselves.

Ed and Roy were on time and efficient. They worked as a team. The truck was properly loaded and everything stayed in place during the move.

Ed and Roy arrived on time and worked continuously unloading our 16 foot PODS container in 2 hours. Both men were courteous, hard-working, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to help with a move.

the men were nice enough but definitely weren’t excited to be there. many of my items including a glass desk and lampshade were broken and much of my stuff was extremely dirty-covered in some sort of black and blue film. I would have paid for more time to have better care.

Workers are excellent! You will not get a call or a text from the company . Used them twice; they did not respond to my emails or voicemails left despite sending several. Also, expect a “move protection fee” even if they don’t actually move you. We had hired helpers for unloading only.
