They claimed to have loaded U-Pack cubes before but I am dubious. Boxes were stacked 4 on top of each other with no attention paid to the weight of the boxes. Heavier boxes were stacked on top which caused the stack to compress on lighter boxes. Belongings were arbitrarily stacked and not secured. Belongings were moved over 1200 miles and when the cube arrived the load had completely shifted and compressed. I would not use them again.

The two gentleman who arrived were on time and polite. They both were worked very hard and did a wonderful job. I wound highly recommend them! For reference- we had 2 - 16 ft pods to unload and have a second story. Totally worth it!

TaShawn and Robert were absolutely amazing!! They made a bad experience with the prior movers from your company 100 times better. They were work horses that worked hard from the minute they arrived until when they left. They kept offering to move anything they thought would help us out. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Normally a customer will receive a text message the morning of the move confirming the time. Once arrived and setup the mover will take a walk through , where you would direct them on the things needed to be done. After that all the movers would need are materials(Blankets,Straps,Rope) and TIME.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
1. Mover friendly Boxes = Allows the movers to carry 2/3 smaller lighter boxes vs Large 2. Provide Blankets , Wrap Or straps and make sure they are visible. 3. Separate the items needed to be moved
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members receive hands on training until their peak is reached. You may order 2 guys and receive 3 that means one is still in training.
