They were on time, but didn’t let me know when they were on their way, and didn’t bring a hand truck or dolly. They were not prepared even thought the website stated they would bring these items. Maybe they were overwhelmed, Im not sure. They were respectful of the property and friendly. Luckily my new neighbor came out and let the movers bower her hand truck. They kind of just put sofa/chair cushions wherever instead of putting them on the actual furniture and I had to ask them to help me put the frame together for my bed. I’ve definitely had better. I was a little disappointed.

These guys stepped up last minute when a different company cancelled last minute. That is very appreciated. They came from a move previously so they were very tired and needed breaks, which is understandable and needed.

We hired two movers to help us. They both worked non-stop (in the North Carolina heat) to get everything out and on the moving truck. I 100% would recommend them to anyone needing moving labor help. Both movers were extremely polite and careful with our things.

Sam and Josh were awesome! They were able to help us unload a big truck in less than two hours and had fun the whole time (as fun as moving can be). It was clear they both enjoyed their job and employer. We coordinated with Justin to schedule services and had quite few hiccups our on end with storage but he was super flexible and understanding. 15/10 service all around.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customer will receive an email verifying the date and time of move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call when we are on our way. When we arrive, we initially do a walk-through before getting started.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
In order to best prepare for your move, have all items boxed up and ready to go. If you need beds or furniture disassembled, we do not mind doing it but the move will take less time if everything is already taken apart upon our arrival.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in local labor help. We will load and/or unload any type of truck, container, storage unit, POD, trailers, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people on a daily basis and we take pride in the work that we do!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All members have to take a standard moving training course as well as on-the-job training.

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
