Very friendly, reliable, and trustworthy with my furniture. They were a little early, but called ahead to see if I was ready. The guys were very mindful of the pieces that were fragile/antiques. They worked well together. My only issue is that it felt like they were rushing- I mean, I don’t want them to sit down and hang out, but taking a bit more time to let me set the pace would have been helpful.

Justin worked with us to confirm the details we entered during our order request (start time as early as possible). Unfortunately, that same day there was a miscommunication and he ran late. However, he accommodated us accordingly to make sure that we still finished on-time! 4 movers for a 4 bedroom 2 story home was the perfect amount. Very professional and you could tell they knew what they were doing. Few dings here and there but mainly occurred within the truck during transit. Wouldn't hesitate to hire again (and likely will soon when move out of storage unit into new home)

I was definitely pleased with the professional treatment we experienced during our recent move to Raleigh. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customer will receive an email verifying the date and time of move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call when we are on our way. When we arrive, we initially do a walk-through before getting started.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
In order to best prepare for your move, have all items boxed up and ready to go. If you need beds or furniture disassembled, we do not mind doing it but the move will take less time if everything is already taken apart upon our arrival.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in local labor help. We will load and/or unload any type of truck, container, storage unit, POD, trailers, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people on a daily basis and we take pride in the work that we do!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All members have to take a standard moving training course as well as on-the-job training.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
