AWESOME service! Can’t say enough how thankful we are of them after moving from Florida to North Carolina with a packed 16” truck. While looking online for someone to help us move at a short notice to our new 2nd floor apartment , we came across hire a helper. After reviewing some other companies decided to go with We Haul. Best decision ever!! I couldn’t believe they would come and do this on such a short notice and on a Sunday afternoon to be exact. Justin and his 2 other helpers came in and saved the day. They were fast and efficient, even taking the time to put the drawers back in some of the furniture. Everything was done perfect and carefully. We Haul Movers were on time and prepared to get the job done. It was amazing how fast they were able to get my items off the truck and in my apt while also being respectful of my property. They were considerate of where I wanted the items to go and took the time to place them exactly where I wanted. Over the last few days, NC experienced a snow storm and We Haul Movers made sure they stayed in communication with me the entire time. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. Brandon and Kenny were very quick and very respectful when unloading our moving truck. They asked me where I wanted all the big pieces of furniture then 10 minutes later when I changed my mind, they moved it again without blinking an eye. It was so worth the money for us to leave the heavy lifting to them (literally). They made it as stress-free as it could be.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customer will receive an email verifying the date and time of move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call when we are on our way. When we arrive, we initially do a walk-through before getting started.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
In order to best prepare for your move, have all items boxed up and ready to go. If you need beds or furniture disassembled, we do not mind doing it but the move will take less time if everything is already taken apart upon our arrival.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in local labor help. We will load and/or unload any type of truck, container, storage unit, POD, trailers, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people on a daily basis and we take pride in the work that we do!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All members have to take a standard moving training course as well as on-the-job training.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
