They were very friendly but when moving then ended up scratch, denting, torn a 1 year old leather bed frame ame mattress, washer and dryer with pedestals, crib, dinning room table which all was worth $8000. The only thing they didn't mess up was the dressers and mirror.

Terence & Jamar ARE THE BEST!!!!! They were there on time.....and once they started they never stopped moving. It can be very unnerving to choose something over the internet. They were both very professional, friendly, respectful & helpful.....I couldn't have asked for anything more. We finished the job within the allotted time. I would recommend them both VERY HIGHLY!!!!! I know when I need something in the future....they will be the first that I call. Team Moving Company arrived on time and were ready to work. They were pleasant, respectful, and responsive. They worked hard and were willing to accommodate special requests we made, such as moving items to a particular part of the apartment and placing boxes right side up. We would definitely use them again. A small suggestion: think ahead about where the big items go (couch, dining tables) to leave room for them to be moved into place, if possible. Thanks Team Moving company! We enjoyed working with you!

I told them my plan of how i wanted things moved into my POD. They did it thier way which took longer Causing me to have to put the remaining items in the POD myself. Also not maximising the space the POD had because they did it thier way and not how I instructed!! In the future if the movers could actually follow orders to maximize time and space making it a win win instead of milking the clock doing things thier own way after specific orders were disgusted with them.

Every piece of furniture has some damage. Don't use these guys if you have nice things. They are not professional movers. They have no regard for your property or furniture. I can't say enough about how terrible it was.
