I hired Temple Labor Moving Services or Temple Moving Service with high expectations based on prior reviews. That was a big mistake. Although they both said they were going to do a great job for me, Derek and Eric worked together to steal property that I had boxed and taped up. I was handling the move by myself and they took full advantage. They were hired to load the truck only. The guy in the truck was opening my boxes going thru them and then taping them up again. I caught him when my items to go in the truck were almost fully loaded and he had an open box. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that there was an issue with the tape on the box. I had to run inside for a couple of minutes and when I got back they helped make boxes. Since I was having problems with my phone I agreed to authorize payment then (big mistake) as I didn't notice till after they left that I was missing a bunch of boxes and things that were stacked on top were missing. Learn from my mistake, don't hire these crooks and if you do, make sure you have someone with your stuff that is being loaded and someone on the truck as well as eyes on every guy that is there. I'm sure they had a 3rd person help them as I did see someone close to the truck once. My boxes were all packed and sealed and when I arrived at the destination a lot of boxes had been opened and then taped again and things that I had packed in one box ended up with stuff in other boxes. I've had it with movers. Get some friends and pay them to help you move at least you'll have your property.
After careful investigation and the consistent lack of evidence or proof that the movers stole your items. We have even reviewed the cameras at the public storage where the work took place, there were no useable footable to back up your claims. However, we feel deeply sorry that you felt this way about our company. Here at Temple Moving, we strive to attain the highest level of professionalism but we also understand that no one is absolutely perfect. Temple movers were totally professional. They were on time and got right to work . My furniture was wrapped carefully and well cared for as it was loaded onto our truck . They unloaded it into our storage locker and I was actually amazed on how they made everything fit beautifully just like pieces to a puzzle . They definitely know what they're doing and would hire them again in a minute.

We are always punctual, we bring the tools needed to get the job done right. we don't cut corners. we are smoke-free and drug-free. we all smell good on arrival, although that might change by the end of the move after we've been sweating from all the hard work we put in.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have all your boxes packed and closed up. shovel your driveway if it snowed the night before. label all fragile items clearly so we can care for them accordingly. Have your pets taken to a relatives house or put them somewhere safe so we can move without any obstruction.
