Our two movers (Freddy and Josh) were on time and ready to go as soon as they arrived. We had a few items that were in tight spaces and required special attention to get them out of the room without hitting the walls or doors. Freddy and Josh were extremely careful and were able to maneuver items in a way that never hit a wall. We were moving our items into a container and we were concerned we had more items than would fit. Freddy did a masterful job getting every item stored, wrapped, and every nook and cranny filled. In the end we had a little extra room thanks to their packing expertise. We had estimated we would need three containers overall, but after seeing how Rigo's tightly packed the first one, we will now only need one more container. They saved us the cost of a third container. We had a few special items that need extra care in packing. We only had to tell Freddy once as he set them aside and found the perfect spot for each item. I was impressed he remembered something that was said hours earlier and did not overlook that little detail. Freddy and Josh were efficient in getting the container filled. They finished a little earlier than I expected. We will move the rest of our house in several months and Rigo's will be getting our first call and I will be disappointed if Freddy and Josh are not available.

Helpers showed up on time. Had all the tools they needed. They did a GREAT job and were very friendly. Sent lots of e-mail reminders. Only problem was making contact with the phone # provided to the office(Martha) didn't return my calls. Overall VERY satisfied. I would use them again

We needed the movers to helpful with our move into a u-pack trailer. The two movers worked efficiently, quickly, and with a very positive attitude. Because of their experience in moving they were able to fit our belongings into a smaller space and saved us $300. Thank you Rigo's!

Martha from Rigo's called to confirm the scheduling and time and offered to have the scheduled time adjusted to meet my needs. She also called again to let me know when they were due to arrive. The two helpers from Rigo's were on time; there were at my home ahead of schedule waiting for me to be ready. They were prepared and had all the equipment they needed; they began working immediately after receiving instructions about what items should be put into which of the 5 rooms. Both Javier and Joe worked quickly, safely and efficiently. The checked in with me about where each box, item or piece of furniture that was being unloaded should be placed if it was not marked. The treated my belongings with care and professionalism. I would gladly use Rigo's again. Thank you for the help!

Two guys showed up and went to work immediately. Temperature was over 100 degrees. They were very careful and worked there butts off. Totally recommend them to anyone moving. Why throw your back out?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
