What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A communicative, personal, and friendly experience that tailors flexible availability to meet your demands!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Your crew lead, or our office, will give you a call with an estimated time of arrival and then move diligently and efficiently to ensure your job is completed in a careful and safe manner!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
In order to ensure as fast of a move as possible, any disassembly of furniture , staging of boxes and small furniture in areas such as the garage or living room, and even blanketing and wrapping your own furniture will allow our movers to complete your job faster. We will always do all disassembly and wrapping no problem, these are just suggestions to expedite your billing cycle!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved our clients all over America to almost every metro area in the country! We have completed major commercial moves locally in town as well! We have also done lots of pianos, oversized gun safes, and spas!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is getting to meet all these new people and the networking that i am able to develop as a result of our positive experiences from our jobs. We have done jobs for high-profile individuals locally as well as businesses. As a result, it has allowed us to develop a supportive network across the board of mutually beneficial relations with our clients that go beyond our first jobs for each individual.
What training do you provide your crew members?
New crew members are required to watch hours of training videos on how to properly lift, wrap furniture, and carry in and out of tight spaces as well as how to properly stack our client's belongings in the truck in safe manners that prevent damage to the goods. Additionally, they get hands-on training with our general manager and owner to ensure that their training becomes a natural rhythm, and above all else, our clients can feel comfortable and trust that they have the right guys for the job!
