Two movers arrived exactly on time despite my uncertain ETA from a cross-country move. I originally scheduled a specific time, and they were flexible about changing it at no extra charge, asking me to notify them when I was close. They unloaded a 16ft truck up three flights of stairs, placed items in the rooms I specified, and finished within the 2-hour window. No issues.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customer will receive an E-mail containing a form in which they will find few questions regarding the move.

2 or more highly skilled well mannered movers will be ready to preform the task requested.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have their belongings packed in moving boxes or containers (if packing service isn't requested) and all pets are secured to prevent any potential accidents

What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide extensive training to provide maximum efficiency and safety at the job site, in addition to a number of measures that will help in preventing fatigue over a long period of time. Here at B&R Movers we strongly believe in the health and well being of every person in our crews as it's a crucial factor in our lives and the line of work, and credits is to be given to one of our crew members who's a nutritionist and a 4th year MED student that provides valuable advice.
