I have to be candid with this review. They were two hours late, and it created a whole stressful situation. HOWEVER, they did their absolute very best to make up for it and even brought extra help to make sure we don’t get charged for extra time. Better protocols should be in place between them and the movers themselves, but at least it worked out okay in the end.

Very nice and polite men, super helpful. They managed to fit all the furniture of my 1 bed apartment in a container I did not think would fit! Both efficient and finished in about an hour. Highly recommend!!

The guys showed up on time, however, they came unprepared with no dolly or moving equipment what so ever. When I asked what their plan was to move all the boxes, their plan was to move each box one by one? Luckily our apartment property had a community rolling cart available to use so we decided to utilize that. While unpacking, I noticed one box with our stuff seemed to be missing. After hours of frantically looking for the one missing box and thinking we've gone insane, we finally found the box left outside near the loading dock sitting out in the open for hours. There is no reason the box should have been missed. These guys, although courteous and nice, were not prepared or seemed to have had much experience moving at all. Though the job got done, our overall experience was poor.
But this review was to be expected especially that you were upset that we were on time, we did have a dolly with us, but unfortunately it was extremely difficult to communicate that to you while yelling at us for arriving on time.
The box you’re mentioning is the same box that YOU took down and left there.
We didn’t do that.
Anyways, I’m glad all was done and sorry for the experience.

They did a great job. Kept me informed as to when they would arrive and any unexpected delays. When they arrived they were very careful of my belongings and worked very efficiently. They were scheduled for 3 hours but finished in less than an hour. Definitely would use them again.

Customer will receive an E-mail containing a form in which they will find few questions regarding the move.

We provide extensive training to provide maximum efficiency and safety at the job site, in addition to a number of measures that will help in preventing fatigue over a long period of time. Here at B&R Movers we strongly believe in the health and well being of every person in our crews as it's a crucial factor in our lives and the line of work, and credits is to be given to one of our crew members who's a nutritionist and a 4th year MED student that provides valuable advice.
