They asked for 200$ cash for 2 additional hours instead of going through the system which was supposed to be 55$ per extra hour not sure why??? My husband was there and didn't question them, just gave them the cash, but they were on time and very professional and friendly as reported by the husband and his family who met them.

We hired Gibson Moving Service to unload our truck into our new home. We moved from Texas so it was more affordable to rent our own truck and hire movers on both ends to load and unload the truck. We got a call at 7:45am saying they were on their way and then we got another call at 8:30am saying that one of the guys hadn't shown up so the supervisor had approved a $25 discount for one guy with no dolly to come but he would need our help, or we could reschedule for another day. Unfortunately we had to turn our truck back in early the next morning so rescheduling wasn't an option we could afford. We opted to cancel rather than pay $25 less to move our own things and luckily were able to recruit a few others to help us move into our new home. I wouldn't book this company again.
