The gentlemen came as a backup when the first mover didn’t show up. They kept me in the loop of their travel time. They had all the necessary equipment to help, even though I didn’t ask for it. Extremely courteous group and really respected my belongings. They were able to get what would have taken me two loads into one load. My walls and carpet never noticed they were here. I was very impressed with them and would use them anytime I needed help moving. I would also recommend them anyone needing help.

The 4 men who unloaded the 2 storage bins from 1800PACKRATS did a great job. One fact really stood out. Of all the moves we have made in 41 years of marriage, this was the first and only crew to clean up after themselves. They needed no suggestions or nudges from us, they treated our new home like it was their own. They asked where items were to be placed, what needed assembly and what else could they do to assist us. They were hard workers, did not stop for lunch and were true gentlemen.

They kept me apprised of their travel time and arrived on time. Did an excellent job of stretch wrapping and blanketing my soft furnishings, piano and large mirrors. Awesome job of packing in my first POD. They were available to stay over requested time and helped pack larger pictures. If I had been more ready with the last of all my boxed goods, I'm sure they would have been able to tightly pack off my second POD. PODS are being stored locally for impending out of state move, so we can still add those items and secure rear of second POD better for long distance travel. Universal did a very nice job on one of the first really cold and icy days in this area. Would definitely use again.
