Not impressed by any means. Arrived late. Couldn’t fit everything from a 3 bedroom home in a 26ft truck. We even sold our larger items beforehand… bedroom suite, dining room table with 6 chairs, upright piano. Should have had PLENTY of room in a 26ft truck. Left us about 25% of our furniture to move ourselves. THEN couldn’t fit what was in the truck into a 10x20 storage facility. Had another 25% to move myself to another storage unit. Then we got fully charged at $1600 bucks for moving half of the home. They had 4 movers, added on 2 hours at $180 for each hour, and they were unable to complete the job!! Do not go with these guys. Terrible. Never been screwed over like that before in my life.
Sorry for your experience. The crew let us know that you had a 4 bedroom home and not a 3 bedroom home, and you also have a 4 bedroom home listed on your order. With the cubic footage of a 26’ truck and a 10x20 storage unit depending on the height of the storage unit the contents of the truck wont fit.
The crew worked 7.5 hours and you were quoted 6 before anyone saw the contents of your home, so they only went over 1.5 hours past the estimated time due to trying to fill a truck beyond it’s actual capacity.
You removed the piano from your order before we arrived which could be verified by HireAHelper because we called in the change for you the day before.
I apologize you expectations weren’t met, but there’s only so much furniture that can fit into a truck, and your move would have required 2 trucks.
