The woman and two men showed up on time, were prepared for the job, worked hard, and respectful of our property and goods. They were very courteous and responsive to our last-minute request for assistance and saved the day for us! We greatly appreciated their help and would use them again!

Please check my google reviews and you will see that I have more positive things to say about businesses vs negative. This was the absolute worse service I’ve ever experienced. I gave it two starts because at least one of the workers tried. They showed up to move furniture from our pod into our home. I advised when placing the order that we had pieces at or over 300 lbs. so guess who showed up, a 90 lb woman, who stayed on her phone, a ****** ***** man in his 20’s who would only talk and respond to the second man who was grossly ill equipped for the job. They arrived and spent 10 mins in their van. The clock starts ticking when they arrived. Their dolly was broken, the dropped and busted my headboard and my 62 year old husband and I had to move boxes, lift and carry furniture and my husband had to direct their work because they just stood around dumbfounded. I’m not angry with these workers, I’m upset with Hire A Helper for not vetting these people!! And they had the nerve to try and charge us an extra 30 minutes. They should have refunded every dime. I will never use them again and suggest that others do not as well!! “Buyer Beware!!”

They were very accommodating in squeezing our move into their schedule as we requested their service in last minute. They arrived as scheduled loaded our truck and then went on another service call. They stayed in touch with us and met us at the unload location and successfully unloaded us in our new home. They were very careful with our belongings and there was no damage to any of out things. They were excellent and highly recommend them. They Also had a great attitude and interacted with us curiously.
