They didn’t show up after putting me off for a day. Returned calls the first day but not the second day. They were booked for a month ahead but chose not to show and didn’t have decency to call.

Unfortunately, Gary promised me some packing materials but didn't get that message to his loaders who showed up with none of what he offered, including extra blankets, tie downs, and boxes for my computers and art work. The loaders, who were polite and careful moving my furniture, did their best to accommodate my needs including making boxes from scrap in my garage and using shrink wrap I just happened to have. I'll see what condition my possessions are in when they arrive.

Gary and his team were on time and worked hard to unload our PODS. They were very accommodating since they even came back later the same day because one of our two PODS did not arrive the day before like it was suppose to, but instead arrived late on our moving day. They worked hard, were friendly, professional, and respected our belongings as they emptied the POD contents into our home. We recommend them and would definitely use them again!
