Carlos and Stacy were our moving labor helpers. They were amazing! We moved to Rio Rancho on the hottest day of the summer so far and they did an incredible job! Would use them again and recommend them to others.

Very courteous and helpful right from the beginning. I called at the last minute in a dilemma and she (don't remember name) was able to explain the best approach and price.
The helpers were on time and managed to get everything moved in the 2 hour time frame. They were polite and would ask where I wanted things if I hadn't marked them. They worked very hard even being in 100 degree temp. They were very helpful with moving items out of my car also.
I definitely would use them again, I just hope not too soon!

Where to begin??
To much standing around BS'ing
Underestimated the overall amount that had to move.
I think they were milking the situation to add hours on top of the original proposal.
Generally very nice guys, but both lacked work ethic.
I will not nor should I use BCD Again, though Vegas Strong Moving knew what they were doing and were simply OUTSTANDING

While they showed up on time and worked hard, the packing of the cntainer left a lot to be desired. Although i provided moving blankets for them to use, they didnt use all of them. As a result, some of the furniture (not wrapped in blankets) ended up scratched. Fragile items were stacked precariouly on other boxes, and it was fortunate that i was able to catch the falling box thry were in.

NO ONE SHOWED UP!
When I called to book 2 movers for 2 hours several days in advance, this service seemed competent, friendly and professional over the phone. The day before the move, I received text and email confirmations. However, during my 8am-9am window on moving day, no one showed up, nor would they answer the direct contact number or alternate number emailed to us for the specific movers. After calling the 1-800 phone number, the customer service representative tried calling the same numbers as I had with no success either. She said she could try to find some alternate movers for us, but expected that to take yet more time waiting. By that time, my husband and I had completed a good portion of loading the truck on our own and didn't believe we'd need the 2 hours (minimum) of help from the movers. We cancelled the moving service and expect (as promised over the phone) to be fully reimbursed. But what a hassle! We didn't want to start our already long day worn out from doing the heavy lifting and loading first thing in the morning before our long drive and unloading at our destination! We'd decided to splurge a bit by hiring moving labor help and were sorely (literally) disappointed when we had to end up doing it all ourselves anyway. Based on this experience, I would NOT use or recommend this company's service in the future.

A CUSTOMER CAN EXPECT ON TIME, COUTEOUS, RESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES. THEY ALSO COME UNIFORMED AND READY TO WORK WITH THEIR EXPERTISE. OUR MOTTO IS "THOU SHALL NOT BUMP WALLS " FOR A REASON. IT REALLY IS AGAINST OUR NATURE.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
IF WE ARE ONLY LOADING WE ASK THAT YOU DO SUPPLY MOVING PADS FOR YOUR WOODEN, GLASS, EVEN FABRIC FURNITURE. JUST TO ENSURE YOUR VALUABLES GET TO YOUR LOCATION WITHOUT ANY DENTS, DINGS, OR SCRATCHES. T.V'S SHOULD BE BOXED AND READY TO GO. IF YOU NEED HELP WITH THIS WE CAN ASSIST WITH IT ON YOUR MOVE. THE MORE ORGANIZED THE MOVE IS THE QUICKER THE MOVE WILL BE.

WE ARE A FULL SERVICE MOVING COMPANY. THAT BEING SAID WE HAVE DONE ALL MOVES. LOCAL, LONG DISTANCE, COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL, PACKING AND UNPACKING, AND CLEAN OUTS!!!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
OUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT BEING MOVERS IS THE SIGH OF RELIEF FROM OUR CUSTOMERS AFTER IT IS ALL COMPLETE. WE UNDERSTAND YOUR VALUABLES ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU AND TREAT THEM AS OUR OWN, WHEN CUSTOMERS SEE THIS IT IS AN INSTANT DE-STRESSER AND PUTS THEM AT AN IMMEDIATE EASE. THAT IS WHAT WE ENJOY AND TAKE VERY SERIOUSLY ON ALL OF OUR MOVES.
