I had scheduled a major project that required assistance with moving my furniture from the house to a Pod in the driveway. 50 minutes after the scheduled start time i received a call saying they would be at my home before the next hour 2 pm. They never called again. I call their numbers at 3:20 pm to find out where they were. The rep said she’d check and get back to me, never did. At 3:40 pm I called HireAHelper customer service, they asked me to wait 45 mins, approx, 4:30 pm and they would get back to me. At 4:40 HAH called me back saying these movers couldn’t make it today and had no one for 08/30/21 and the others available on 08/31/21, were the same people. I’ve planned to have floors and interior painting done and needed movers to mover the furniture. I made reservations for dates and times, plus hotel accommodations to get this done, now everything has to change from furniture moving to floor installations and painting schedules. I understand problems come up but everyone has a phone. At least they could have called earlier and said they wouldn’t make. I am pissed.
