Pro: Arrived on time.They were very polite and friendly to work with and were able to figure out how to disassemble our couches by working as a team. Good job!
Con: a 30 minute call or text prior to arrival would be good communication practice, which I recommend.
Also, a rocking chair was put in the wrong pod, so I helped them switch it.

I can't speak highly enough of the two gentlemen that moved and packed my container. They worked so hard non-stop to get everything in the container. They were kind, friendly, and very respectful of my belongings. I would highly recommend them again.

This is the first time I hired movers, but I can give Parker and Rich an A plus. They introduced themselves, was polite and did a great job in a short time.

They were late and I had to call them. I believe they should have contacted me that they were running late. It was scheduled for 8/9 and I allowed them to come 12/1 so I figured that it was plenty of time to get here. When I called their boss, he had them contact me. I think that the boss should have called me instead so they could have continued to work. They explained why they were late, so I asked how long it would take. They told me 20-30 minutes but it ended up being 45min. They did a good job but poor communication for arrival.

We will give you a call to introduce ourselves, and confirm all the details of the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Crew will arrive on time during allotted time, they will be in communication from start to finish.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Once everything is confirmed, just have any materials that you are providing yourself ready to go and we will take care of the rest.

What training do you provide your crew members?
How to communicate with clients prior to the move, and on the day of moving. We teach them how to safely stack the truck, while also being Tetris masters to fit all belongings in one go.
