Booked 2 helpers for 3 hours, for moving boxes and furniture from a container into an apartment.
They were booked from 8-11 am and showed up at 9:00 am, which is what there coordinator had instructed them to do. They did a great job and finished early, 10:38 am. They suggested that the bill would be adjusted to the actual time 2 hours instead of 3.
That didn’t happen. Guess my bad for letting them go and tipping them instead of coming up with something else to do to fill the three hours I paid.
Probably better to hook min time and add on later.

How to communicate with clients prior to the move, and on the day of moving. We teach them how to safely stack the truck, while also being Tetris masters to fit all belongings in one go.
