Booked 2 helpers for 3 hours, for moving boxes and furniture from a container into an apartment.
They were booked from 8-11 am and showed up at 9:00 am, which is what there coordinator had instructed them to do. They did a great job and finished early, 10:38 am. They suggested that the bill would be adjusted to the actual time 2 hours instead of 3.
That didn’t happen. Guess my bad for letting them go and tipping them instead of coming up with something else to do to fill the three hours I paid.
Probably better to hook min time and add on later.

Checked in with me multiple times before the day of the move to confirm the booking. Showed up on time. Great work ethic and attitude! They were able to move everything in and they were extremely thoughtful and careful. Definitely recommend! Took all the stress out of moving.

Parker was extremely helpful. We were unsure of when we could receive all of our belongings from an interstate move, and he was very flexible in making some very necessary changes in the schedule so his crew would be available to unload when our shipment arrived. On the phone, he was very detailed in this discussion of the process, the cost, our specific requests, etc.. The job took longer than expected, the team persevered until everything was finished, and they made sure everything was to our approval. I highly recommend.

How to communicate with clients prior to the move, and on the day of moving. We teach them how to safely stack the truck, while also being Tetris masters to fit all belongings in one go.
