There were several hiccups with the time/details for the unloading of my truck, mostly that was due to the Hireahelper service desk. I thought they were going to arrive Friday between 12:00 and 1:00pm, but White Gloves had it as Saturday at 11:00 am. However, instead of four guys for four hours arriving at 11:00. I had two guys arrive at 6:00pm. I had planned on giving them the lowest rating possible, but Ashante (sp?) and Jay's happy attitudes and good service changed that. They were very careful with our stuff and didn't complain when we had them move it a couple of times. I don't think we got a single ding anywhere in our house. Clifton t also did not charge us due to the scheduling issues and their late arrival. Ashante and Jay were unloading until 10:00 pm. I would definitely recommend White Gloves and use them again. However, I might just contact them directly and not go through Hireahelper, who still charged me $73 for "scheduling the move."

The two young gentlemen who did the work were great. They came prepared and worked hard. There were some issues with arrival time and communication the day of the move. The company was willing to do what is right to ensure my satisfaction so I respect that. Overall, I am satisfied with the job and I would recommend white glove moving for your next move

These guys were amazing! We had two large trucks full. One truck was professionally packed the other was NOT - items thrown in and stacked on top of one another. No complaints…..very polite! Yes sir, yes mam! They placed items where we needed them to be and even once placed they w move again if needed. We were very pleased w these three young gentleman and w recommend them time and time again. Issac and Cis were awesome. Arrived timely and did a great job moving us out of our apartment and packed into a PODS. They worked hard and had everything moved and packed into a little over a hour. Kind, professional and took great care of our belongings and furniture. Would definitely recommend White Glove Moving.
