They were prompted, helped with the pod lock and were careful with our stuff.

There were 3 employees that arrived on time. They worked hard loading my belongings however I gave them instructions before they started that I possibly could be short on space on the trailer and all the large, heavy, and oversized items needed to be loaded into the trailer. I provided 20 straps to use to secure the load. They left much of the larger, longer, and heavier items toward the end and had difficulty getting them on the trailer and in the end only used 2 straps to secure the entire trailer. The items shifted during the travel and were wedged against the bulk head door because they were not secure. I have many boxes crushed and 2 tool carts broken because of the load was not secured properly. The guys did work hard lifting and carrying a lot of heavy items but could have done better in organizing the loading of the trailer and using more straps to secure the load to prevent shifting during a long distance move.

First and foremost, Dmitri was absolutely incredible. He showed up on time and got to work immediately. We had requested 4 movers for 3 hours. One guy did not show and two of the guys were about 45 minutes late but it was no big deal as they worked extremely hard and had incredible attitudes. I was very very pleased with the 3 guys who showed up and they really made up for the guy who left them hanging with how diligently they worked. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone, who I believe owns the company but I'm not positive, was extremely polite and apologetic for the employee that no showed and they really took care of us. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone else looking for some help.

We were extremely impressed with Kimiya Services.The team of 4 filled 3 large PODS for a long distance move. They were punctual, efficient, professional and incredibly organized. We were amazed at how they used every square inch wisely to ensure the contents of our whole house would fit. They handled all our belongings with care, being sure to wrap and protect all breakables. They were very hard-working but also friendly and respectful .We highly recommend this team for any of your moving needs!
