They left holes in the stairwell and scratched my vinyl flooring. They moved everything I asked but did not do it with care. The couch was dragged on the floor causing me to clean it when they left. They got the job done but now I need to hire a repair person for walls and floors to be fixed.

This company was great. They took the job with maybe 4 hours notice. When a schedule conflict prevented their two-person team from getting there on time, they were able to get a single person out to help us in a timely manner. Tyrese was very professional and super helpful. We could not have unloaded our truck without him.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once we've been booked, we'll confirm the booking and go over any questions our customers may have. Making sure ease their mind and not add any additional worry.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, the customer will receive a call prior to arrival from the crew to insure everything is going according to plan. Our crew will arrive on time and ready to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Ideally, as moving day approaches, customers should have a checklist of everything that needs to be completed prior to. Make sure that all boxes are labeled, helping the crew to know where they should be placed if they're unloading. If furniture needs to be assembled or disassembled, be sure to let us know in advance so that we can plan accordingly.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've done both, commercial and residential moves, consisting of both, local and long distance. We also handle things such as house rearrangement and furniture assembly.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Being able to offer a helping hand. Knowing we were able to make someone's day a bit easier means everything to us!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our crew members how to properly pack a truck/storage container, how to lift to prevent injury, teamwork and customer service.
