If I was able to give 10 stars I would!
We were called before they arrived to give us an ETA (they were actually early) . They were ready with packing materials, although we had what was needed. This was the second time we used Bay Area Moving and Storage , the first being last week since we are moving out of state. We were so impressed last time that we didn't hesitate to call again. Edgar actually was working both jobs. They were very
conscious and respectful of my husband's requests concerning his musical instruments. Framed pieces were packed very well. It was amazing on both jobs how they were able to use every inch of space! We were able to get even more in the container than expected.
We would definitely use them again if we were staying in the area, but We would recommend them anytime!

Tomas and Edgar were right on time. They were diligent and careful with packing. Make sure you don’t stay still for too long or you’ll get packed! Tomas is a master at packing a POD! We will request them the next time!

Hire a helper helped out of a major jam. 2 days before my move Budget rent a truck called to tell me that they had no trucks available. I scrambled and found Hire a Helper (ironically from an email Budget had sent me about the move). They found me an excellent crew, who worked tirelessly until the full move was done

Pablo & Will did an amazing job! Great team work and very hard workers. They made sure to take care of all the furniture so that it would not be damaged during the move. Communication was great, would definitely use them again!!

They were amazing!! Great communication before and during the move. The handled our items with so much care and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing moving labor help. Also, wow!!!! They worked some kind of miracle getting everything to fit into the POD!!

At all times, communication with the company was very clear. They let me know what was going to happen and when. They arrived on time and were very thorough in protecting our furniture before loading it into their van. At the other end, everything was unloaded without any issues. I'd be happy to use them again.

Greg and Carlos showed up exactly when they said they would, with extra supplies in case something happened. Turns out my pod didn’t come with the blankets I ordered, so those extra supplies came in real handy. They worked hard, helping pack a final few things, break down and wrap up furniture, and loading the pod in order so I could access some of it from the back. They needed help paying for parking with a card (lots of construction made normal street parking impossible), but their boss reimbursed me for it in 5 minutes. They even finished a whole hour early!
