They arrived one hour late, but called to let me know. Since I was feeling overwhelmed and not prepared, I had no problem with this. When they got to my home, we walked room to room so they knew what there was. They also made me feel at ease. They took great care of my furniture. I knew everything wouldn't fit in my storage container, but I was amazed at how much they did fit. I had hoped three guys for four hours and it took them 4-1/2. I would how them again.

We used two loaders from Bay Area Moving & Storage to empty our container and move into an apartment in Walnut Creek. The guys arrived on time, they were friendly and worked efficiently. They brought all the equipment they needed and handled our furniture with care. They completed the job within the estimated and agreed time frame. I would have rated the service 5 stars but for what happened at the very end. First some background: This job was quoted and prepaid through www.hireahelper.com. I had estimated the work at 6 hours for 2 loaders, which turned out to be a pretty accurate estimate. The guys arrived at the job with a paper based work report/time sheet which they wanted me to initial. I signed off on their arrival time and put them to work. At the end of the job, we had a spat over their work sheet. The time sheet clearly said "End time" so I naturally wanted to write down the clock time. However, my loaders were insisting that I write down the duration of work (i.e. 6:00). They also wanted me to sign at the bottom of the form even though the Total Amount $ box was left blank (bear in mind this is for a prepaid job). They called their manager several times and argued in Spanish, seemingly upset. I could only catch half of what they were saying but they were clearly arguing over the time sheet. I was getting concerned they would manipulate the time sheet to overcharge me. So in the end, I took the document from them, reviewed it carefully, wrote in "End time", Total $, signed at the bottom and sent them away. That's it guys. Thanks for staying with me. I don't know if I'm paranoid or not but watch out for the paperwork.

What an EXPERENCE with these two guys. Our job was no easy task and these two were up for the challenge. Hard workers and I would recommend them without hesitation. They were fun to work with and witty to boot. It made working when them easy. I'm terrible with names but one was Julio and the other started with an "A". They were on time and were prepared to work. I would use them again and would request there services if we were in need of help again. Again these two make the job so easier to deal with. Awesome, Awesome, AWESOME!!! THANKS AGAIN.

We hired 2 guys for 5 hours, and they earned their money loading 140 boxes and furniture.. They were on time and mindful of taking care of our stuff. The only hitch is that we requested they bring rope and plastic wrap, but they only had straps and a hand truck. But we had furniture pads (amazon) and extra plastic wrap, so everything went smoothly. Nice guys, hard workers, and no complaining. We would definitely recommend them again.

Worked hard and smart from start to finish; skilled at protective wrapping of sizable chests and drawers and were careful with the items as they maneuvered them out of the house and into the POD. I was amazed at how well they utilized every inch of the POD's space. They were polite and good communicators. This was money well spent, especially since they are licensed with the CPUC and carry Worker's Comp (other companies I checked didn't even have a business license, so no recourse for you if something goes wrong or if someone gets hurt on the job). I would definitely use this company again; they are real pros! Thank you for your great work!

Had asked to put m medication near my luggage. So since they did not do that, I had to leave them alone at my home and go buy another round of medication. Because if I do not have my heart pills at night I can die. So to me that was stressful. We shall see when I unpack what is missing. I pray nothing. That is when I can give you a full report.
