This company turned our moving experience from an overwhelming nightmare into a breeze that we finished in what felt like no time. My roommate and I were not equipped to handle moving both our apartments out into the new place and when we called Shyann and Charles (in the middle of the night, on our last bits of sanity, mind you) they were so kind and communicative. They kept us updated on timing all the way up until they got to the job site, and were so friendly that our frayed nerves and stress were immediately gone. Everything we would've seen as a hurdle or complication was an easy fix for Shyann and Charles. We will be recommending this company to anyone who will listen. Seriously, if moving is stressing you out, they can handle it and they can do so with a friendly conversation and without breaking your bank account. C&S Lending Hands performed their truck loading/packing job effectively and efficiently. Yes, I would certainly hire them again. I then drove the truck across several states to my destination where I noted that no shifting of truck goods had occurred making an impression on both me and the unloading crew. It was noteworthy that all contents arrived without damage/breakage.

A customer should have everything ready for our company to pick up and put in their items in trucks or pods if our company is loading we would like our customer to be on site on time if it is possible if not have a individual that is on their account through hire a helper to be present so that if we have any questions or concerns we can address it to the right individual if our company is unloading our customers should have a general idea of where they want items so we can put them in the correct places

What training do you provide your crew members?
Our company provides training that is approved through OSHA we train our crew members how to lift with their knees and not with their backs how to work as a team if the object is more than 50 pounds is an automatic two person left and how to communicate with one another especially if itâs a two person left we also train our crew members on how do use door jams, moving blankets, Ratchet straps and how to stack properly as heavier items are on bottom lighter objects on top this way it doesnât damage any item
