A customer should have everything ready for our company to pick up and put in their items in trucks or pods if our company is loading we would like our customer to be on site on time if it is possible if not have a individual that is on their account through hire a helper to be present so that if we have any questions or concerns we can address it to the right individual if our company is unloading our customers should have a general idea of where they want items so we can put them in the correct places

The ability to make our customers move more stress free and worry free by putting it on our company and putting their belongings and safe hands
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our company provides training that is approved through OSHA we train our crew members how to lift with their knees and not with their backs how to work as a team if the object is more than 50 pounds is an automatic two person left and how to communicate with one another especially if it’s a two person left we also train our crew members on how do use door jams, moving blankets, Ratchet straps and how to stack properly as heavier items are on bottom lighter objects on top this way it doesn’t damage any item
