Enjoyed using this company. Nick was very thoughtful and worked very hard to accommodate my needs. They were respectful of my property and goods. However, at this time I have not unloaded the contents of my trailor. I do recommend Nick's Labor Service and would use them again.
I have unloaded the trailor Nick and his crew loaded. Sorry to say I was disappointed. Things were not pack properly. The marble top corner was broken off. This piece was not wrapped as I had asked but they said it would be fine. WRONG! Now what do I do?? Plus, this piece of furniture was backed up against the triple dresser and caused 2 holes in the back of it. Then my dining room chairs were only stretched wrapped and no pads used, again asking them to do so. Rubbed off finsh and scratches from rubbing against each other. They are hard working guys but need to listen to the owner of property.

I appreciated that they knew I could only pay for 4 hours of their time. The two men worked very hard and the only suggestion I have is one of the men wore a tank top and I thought he should wear a tee so that he did not sweat over my things. Carrying a towel to wipe off sweat is another suggestion, otherwise, kind, and professional. Thank you.

Prompt, courteous and fast! I hired 2 helpers to unload a pod for me. They were careful with my furniture, and worked hard. They had a full pod, loaded top to bottom unloaded in 90 min. Good job!

Nick's arrived fifteen minutes before their scheduled time, took a quick survey of the job, and immediately began work. They were courteous and careful moving the items out of my house, and methodical about tightly loading my PODS unit. My only complaint was a piece of furniture I found up against the wall of the PODS unit that was not adequately padded to avoid abrasion. I pointed this out to them and they corrected the situation. I did have to ask them to tie down the load one last time once they were done (Whether this final tie-down was necessary or not will be determined when my PODS reaches its final destination cross-country). With only a couple of small issues (the furniture against the wall--a definite issue, and the tie-down--to be determined if it was an issue or not), I would use Nick's Labor Service again.
