We requested 2 men for an in house labor move due to house repairs. They arrived early and prepared to work with the tools requested. After providing instructions, we were able to sit back and allow them to work. The men did not try to prolong the time. There was not any damages to walls or heavy furniture moved. We will be using them again to put items back after the repairs are completed.

Movers showed up right on time. Good thing I had a hand truck and a mover's dolly though because they didn't. The day was humid 93 degrees and they worked very hard in the heat. Workers were respectful. I'd use them again.

The guys metal box sent out or nice professional strong and efficient. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone they even volunteered to take a particularly fragile odd object in their own small then so that it did not suffer any damage in the moving truck. Overall I would recommend them to anyone looking for labor to help them move.

I was not happy with the movers I hired. Some of the problem may have been due to lack of communication between the Pod people, me and Hire a Helper.
The movers were supposed to come on Wednesday but didn't show til Thursday at 10:00 am instead of 9:00 am. It was supposed to be 4 men for 2 hours and ended up being 4 men for 6 hours. My furniture ended up half in a Pod and half in a storage unit in a different town.
I needed twice the size container I ordered, but no one could tell me how I would be able to tell what size I needed. The Pod was supposed to hold a 3 bedroom house which is what I thought my belongings equated to.

They did a good job. They didn't wrap any of our furniture which I found surprising since we had 12 moving blankets. Everything arrived fine so I guess that was a non-issue. BUT they arrived late due to public transportation. I had scheduled for their arrival to be at 8:30. They actually arrived at 9:50. They did stay in contact with us to keep us posted as to the situation. And, thank goodness we were not on a rigid time schedule.
