What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After you book us you can expect a phone call in a reasonably timely manner where we will discuss schedule and other details of your move size of furniture most, fragile piece, stairs, etc,
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
on moving day you can expect a phone call that we are enroute and what time we will be there
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should be all boxed up and ready to go if they want it to take the least amount of time
What types of moves have you handled?
while the majority of our business is local full service as well as labor only. We have the ability and knowledge for full service long distance moving or whatever else a customer requires. Also large singular items such as safes and pool tables are not out of the possibilities all of which have their own perspective fees.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
our favorite part is to see a customer happy they made the right choice by choosing two brothers with having all their stuff safely handled with care and respect
What training do you provide your crew members?
we train our crew members how to safely protect a customers items as well as safe storage of items to prevent damage to items in transit.
