We were in a bind and needed help today moving, and on the spur of the moment we were told the 2 men were available within the hour to be there to help us. Very nice men. Also they were very careful with all furniture and boxes. We highly recommend them and your service to anyone we hear that is moving!!!!!
Robert and his crew did an outstanding job loading my POD. The POD I had them load was too small for all of my household goods. Robert carefully situated and packed almost every square inch in order to fill it as much as possible. They were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him.
These guys showed up ready to work and wasted no time in starting the job. They were professional and thoughtful in loading our house with care. I would recommend this service AND team to anyone.
Very strong work ethic. I couldn't ask for harder workers. Very respectful with yes sir/no sir. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because about half way through loading the truck, they thought there was ample space on the truck and the packing slacked a little. There was scratched furniture on the back of the truck because it wasn't packed as tight as the front. I would recommend Big Steve's Moving Men if you are moving.
They did an outstanding job. They arrived on time and worked very hard to get the job done within 2 hours. They were very careful when handling my belongings. I would definitely recommend them.
RJ and Shelby did a great job! RJ communicated with me very quickly after booking with them over the Internet to confirm details about job. They showed up on time and they worked hard. They were courteous and addressed me with ma'am always. The only thing I was surprised about, was that they brought a dolly but no basic tools (pliers, wrenches, etc.). Other movers in past have always brought their own. I was so stressed driving around town trying to collect tools needed, while they moved my furniture. Shelby was creative enough to break down my table, which required an Allen wrench, by using another tool that I did have. I would recommend adding another hour or two to the time they estimate for those who have an average amount of furniture. They don't rush the process..... Which is not necessarily a bad thing if you want your furniture to be packed properly. I guess I will see how all my furniture/belongings fared when my POD gets delivered in a few months.
