They didn’t show up. Called to confirm two days before. Then I tried to call back and all phones were disconnected. Then they didn’t show up and didn’t call and I couldn’t call anyone because all phones were disconnected. This company shouldn’t even be with hire helpers.

We probably ordered too small a truck, and were not able to switch it at the last minute, but they were able to make it all fit.
They even helped with my Truck to get it started when I had problems with it.

The contact was very good and did the best he could. I think the process needs work. I’m not sure I would use this service again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The people were great but as I said, the process wasn’t what I expected.

The men were on time and I got a bonus for my money, hired two guys for 2 hr and got 3. They moved all the items in the semi within the time we had, we also had 2 extra people there. Will hire them again on my next move whenever it will be.

Late (very late) resulting in us doing the majority of the work ourselves, not honest about their time frames, unreasonable in offering a fair invoice amount for the time/work actually performed, unprofessional, and for some reason without transportation. Would not recommend.
