They were very late for our arranged time. They only sent one person who I had to help move some items. He waited over an hour and a half for another person to arrive to finish the job which only took 15 mins to finish because I had already emptied half of the pod. They have so far not offered a reasonable adjustment to my bill.

They respected all my property, and they were willing to stay and rearrange furniture for me once it was all up in the apartment.

When you book, just make sure they bring a dolly. These guys were not equipped with one right away.

The team arrived a few minutes early and were ready to work! They came with a dolly and eager to begin. The apartment was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so everything had to be moved down two flights of stairs. They worked at an incredible pace, yet managed to treat everything carefully and gently. I would definitely use them again.

Movers arrived on time, but without requested equipment. Polite, but absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Started moving items from container to where directed.
After 20 minutes, they took a 20 minute smoke break. Left cigarette butts in my yard.
Resumed unloading, and while moving a dresser, took the drawers out. Because the dresser is antique, there are no metal rails as part of the construction and they struggled to get them out back in - so they used brute force to shove the drawers in and caused damage to the dresser in several places (I discovered this several days later).
There was then a rain storm and they had to stop unloading. I came out to check that rain wasn’t entering my container and found one of the men standing inside my container, smoking next to my belongings, and watching the rain soak the things I had sitting in the garage. All of this happened in the 2 hours allocated.
I reached out to the moving company, provided pictures, was told the movers were subcontractors and they would get back to me. I received one text from the moving company two days later saying he’d call the next day. He has since disappeared, not responding to repeated texts or phone calls. I filed a claim with HireAHelper, and ended up receiving essentially a refund.
I could not, in good conscience, recommend this company to anyone who values their belongings.
