We were NOT pleased with Move-It With M&S. We have used hire-a-helper movers in many other locations with no problem, except this company. Although I spoke with the owner to discuss details, she (and 2 workers) showed up without any of the equipment we'd discussed (that she said she could provide). She then left for approximately 45mins to get replacement equipment, which made no difference because they were unable to finish the job. They had to leave a large piece of furniture in the hallway of our apt bldg because the movers that she used could not get the piece back down the stairs. At that point we were over our initial 2hr time-frame by almost an hour and she attempted to charge us for an add'l hour. I reminded her that she showed up without the proper equipment (or movers) for the job we'd discussed and wasted at least 45mins of time correcting her own mistake. I would never use them again and will not ever recommend that anyone else use them.
